“Making through action” means that Czyżewski does not consider utopia a noun but a verb: a process, an act, a condition or activity requiring freedom. Ultimately, therefore, those who won recognition thanks to their struggle for emancipation, ought to develop the skill of combining their own separateness with solidarity.
