The new architect of the canton, Emmanuel Cattani (former partner of Jean Nouvel), and the government have set themselves the objective of giving the city an architectural and urbanistic plan appropriate to the status it enjoys around the world. The competition, presented with the original texts, and illustrations, represents the first step on this path.
