Excerpt from The Twentieth Century Money Law

First. All current fiat money shall continue in use until the other forms of Coin or Paper-money provided in this Act are substituted.

Second. The U. S. Treasury Department shall issue a new form of legal tender Note to ultimately replace all other forms of Paper-money, and these Notes shall be alike with Coin-money - Full Legal Tender.

Third. Silver and gold Coins or Bullion shall no more be held as sole money of "ultimate redemption, standard, basis, measure, reserve."

Fourth. About $50.00 per capita shall be kept in circulation, i. e., $45 00 in paper, and $5.00 in Coin.

Fifth. If any of the U. S. Paper-money shall fall below parity with silver and gold coinage, then such money shall be legal-tender only at its market value in U. S. silver and gold Coin - except to the Government and to bankers.

Sixth. But any holder of such notes to the sum of $1000.00, or multiples thereof, may return them and receive U. S. Coin; or, at the option of the U. S. Treasury, U. S. Notes, bearing interest at the rate of one cent a day per $100 until the U. S. Greenback legal-tender returns to par when these Bond-notes shall be paid principal and accrued interest together.

Finally, by this Act the People of the United States will be furnished with a sufficient volume of money kept at par with the steady, natural uncornered value of silver and gold.
